At Zybility, we aim to deliver reliable digital solutions and hardware that meet your business needs. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and replacements for both digital services and hardware components.
Digital Products (Web, Mobile, Desktop Applications)
- All sales are final once delivered or deployed.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed software deployments, custom development services, or cloud systems/licenses.
- Free bug fixes and updates are available during the agreed support period.
Hardware Products (POS Devices)
Zybility provides POS systems that may include hardware like Touch Screen Monitors, Thermal Receipt Printers, Barcode Scanners, Cash Drawers, and Tablets.
Return & Replacement Conditions:
- Hardware eligible for replacement or repair within 7 days of delivery if:
- Physically damaged on arrival
- Defective and not functioning as described
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories intact.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Damage due to mishandling, misuse, electrical faults, or improper installation
- Products returned after 7 days without prior approval
- Devices tampered with or repaired by non-Zybility technicians
Warranty Support:
- Hardware includes a warranty period of 3-12 months depending on product type and brand.
- We will assist with manufacturer warranty support during this period.
Technical Issues (Software or Hardware)
If you experience technical problems with any product:
- Contact our support team at zybilityltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will assist with diagnostics and resolution at no extra cost during your support period.
